Moyer's repair and custom design department has over 40 years of experience between our two master jewelers. They can provide you with design, maintenance and repair services right in the store. Whether you need to fix a simple clasp on your favorite bracelet or repair a priceless family heirloom, Moyer provides you with impeccable service and expertise.

Watch Repair

The world of miniature mechanisms is growing ever smaller with the development of quartz watches and the disappearance of watchmakers qualified to work on these miniature masterpieces. Mechanical movements once available everywhere are being replaced with quartz and modern digital mechanisms. Moyer is available to handle any and all of your watch repair needs.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Merchandise in original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Discounted merchandise may be exchanged only. Special orders are NOT returnable. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer's request.

Appraisals

Appraisals can be issued free of charge at the customers request for any item purchased at Moyer. This receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company.

Sales and Use Tax

If merchandise is shipped outside of Indiana and sales tax is not charged, the customer may be liable for a state use tax.

Layaway Policy / Agreement

Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date on
this receipt. If payments are not made in a timely manner, and no satisfactory arrangements have been otherwise agreed to, the item(s) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments received will be applied to store credit, which can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise or services.

All custom and special orders are subject to forfeiture of original deposits and payments received. (In store agreement signature will apply.)
