Merchandise in original condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer's request is not returnable.

We guarantee our jewelry is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the jewelry. We will replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.

If you ever decide to upgrade your diamond, we'll give you full retail credit toward another item of greater value.

LIFETIME CLEAN AND POLISH
Moyer will clean, inspect and polish your purchase at no cost for the life of the purchase.

LIFETIME APPRAISALS
We will provide you with an appraisal at no cost for the life of the purchase.

COMPLIMENTARY SIZING
We will size your purchase one time at no cost regardless of when it was purchased. Please note that some items are not sizable.
