During the Indiana Department of Transportation’s road construction project on US 31, Moyer Fine Jewelers can still be accessed via 151st or 146th Street. Carmel, Fishers, or Noblesville residents From 146th Street (east or west): Turn north onto East Greyhound Pass, follow around the curve to the third stop light, and enter Village Park Plaza on the left (near Panera). Westfield residents From the North: Exit off US 31 to 151st Street and cross east to Cool Creek Park Road (behind Walmart). Follow Cool Creek Park Road to East Greyhound pass and turn right. At the next light, turn left into Village Park Plaza (near Panera.) Carmel and Indianapolis residents From the South: From Keystone, take the 146th Street exit. Go straight across 146th Street to Greyhound Pass, follow the curve, and turn left into Village Park Plaza (near Panera) at the third light. Moyer Fine Jewelers is on the west side of the Plaza, between Applebee’s and Chili’s and across the parking lot from Hobby Lobby.
