We pride ourselves on the outstanding craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. We guarantee our jewelry is free from defects in materials for the life of the jewelry. We will replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
If you ever decide to upgrade your diamond or diamond studs, and the original diamond(s) were purchased at Moyer, we will give you what you paid toward another diamond(s) of greater value. There is no requirement on size, price, etc. This guarantee is null and void if we determine the diamond(s) are damaged from wear and tear and the quality has been compromised since the original sale.
Moyer will clean, inspect and polish your purchase at no cost for the life of the purchase.
We will provide you with an appraisal at no cost for the life of the purchase.
We will size your purchase one time at no cost regardless of when it was purchased. Please note that some items are not sizable.
