Bayco Jewelry

One of the best ways to explain the business model of Bayco is simple: Jewelry for Kings & Queens. Of course, this is more of a metaphorical conception of Bayco's audience. It's the modern version of royalty that includes everyone who hungers for luxury and who understands the intricate labor and savoir-faire that goes into every Bayco piece.

A true family business, Bayco has generations of experise and passion for the jewelry industry- one of the reason's the brand has become synonymous with exceptional high jewelry. Amir Hadjibay, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit, began his story in the jewelry industry traveling between Iran and India trading intricate Persian rugs for precious gemstones. It wasn't long before his gemstone collection included show-stopping diamonds, fiery rubies and carved emeralds among other significant gems.

Amir moved to Italy in 1957 to take advantage of Italy's postwar taste for gems and luxury goods. It wasn't long before his sons Moris & Giacomo teamed up in New York to join the family business. Because of their collective experience, collection of exceptional precious gemstones and a storied family history in the business, the two brothers found success. They decided they would only create one-of-a-kind pieces, and there would be no mass production within Bayco. All of their resources would be devoted to the greater glory of the exquisite stones they wanted to showcase.

Today, the brother's children - Marco, Manuel, Nicole, David and Sophie- have each joined the company bringing with them a third generation to Bayco. Bayco's designs effortlessly mix old and new trends with pieces often influenced by the Mogul era of jewelry of the Indian maharajahs.
