One of OMEGA's most notable, iconic collections, the Seamaster collection possess an exquisite range of timepiece design with their own distinct aesthetic and purpose. From the incredible functionality of the Diver 300m collection to the classic, timeless elegance of the Aqua Terra models, there's a watch to suit every style within the Seamaster offering. Below are the newest releases from the Seamaster collection including a range of watches from Aqua Terra, Moonwatch, Planet Ocean and more. 

The newest Aqua Terra model is presented on a (highly requested) 38mm case and is featured on a stainless steel bracelet or a green rubber strap. The green PVD dial is sun-brushed with horizontal teak pattern inspired by the wooden decks of luxury sailboats. There is a date window at 6 o'clock, and the rhodium-plated hands and indexes are filled with Super-LumiNova for added visibility in water. Below, the Seamaster Aqua Terra 38mm is shown in green on stainless steel and a green rubber strap. There's also a black model available in stainless steel as well as a two-tone option featuring OMEGA's patented Moonshine Gold, and a fully Moonshine Gold option.

Inside the case, the watch is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer calibre 8800. On the back, the wearer can catch a glimpse of the movement through the sapphire crystal. There's also a wave-edged design featured on the back. 

There were three versions in 38mm released featuring Sedna Gold (220.58.38.20.99.007), Moonshine Gold (220.55.38.20.99.002) and Canopus Gold (220.58.38.20.99.008). These models feature a wave pattern etched in the gold dials, marquise shaped gemstones as the hour markers and white diamond-pave bezels. The marquise shaped gemstones are said to represent the bottom of the hull of a boat, a nod to the aquatic nature of the Aqua Terra collection. 

The perfect new, feminine watch for ladies in 34mm. These new Aqua Terra models have fully polished casebodies in 18k Moonshine Gold, 18k Sedna Gold or the two-tone model featuring Stainless Steel with Moonshine Gold. They have sun-brushed, lacquered dials, and marquise-shaped hour markers which are inspired by the underneath of a sailboat. 

Inspired by OMEGA's maritime legacy, the Planet Ocean GMT model features a 45.5mm case made from Silicon Nitride ceramic in a polished-brushed deep grey color. It's complemented by the use of Grade 5 titanium for the helium escape valve and bezel. The Silicone Nitride ceramic won't fade or change color over time. It also has 0 perocity in the ceramic because of how OMEGA produces it, removing air bubbles in the manufacturing process. The watch has a unidirectional rotating bezel, a polished ceramic bezel, central GMT hand, and date window at 3 o'clock on the dial. 

Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m GMT, 45.5mm, Grey Ceramic on Rubber Strap, 215.92.46.22.99.002, $22,200

Inside the case, the Planet Ocean 600m GMT Dark Grey Ceramic features a full titanium movement calibre 8906. It's the first titanium movement of its kind besides one being made by Richard Mille.

One of the most exciting new releases within the iconic Seamaster collections is the new Planet Ocean 600m launch which features colors inspired by earth's most adventurous terrains: city, jungle and desert. The "gunmetal" gray represents the city, the green with brushed stainless steel pays homage to the jungle and the bronze/tan version is inspired by the desert. These models are available in 43.5mm or a 45.5mm stainless steel brushed case and presented on textured rubber straps. The 45.5mm versions feature chronograph functionality, and have two subdials showcasing small seconds and time zone functionality.

On the caseback, each watch has a superimposed seahorse on the inside of the crystal. The seahorse first appeared on the Seamaster collection in 1956, and satisfied OMEGA's need for an elegant but powerful symbol for the collection. The seahorse was chosen because it pulled Poseidon's chariot in Greek Mythology. As a fun fact, the hesalite caseback on the Speedmaster collection still has seahorse moniker because it was thought that collection was to be part of the Seamaster collection.
